Terms of Use for Mail-in Purchase (Service Name: Zipa Easy Net Purchase)
Mail-order purchase means that the customer requests a purchase from Torekajipang (hereinafter referred to as "our company") in a manner specified by our company, or the customer places the items to be purchased in cardboard boxes or other packaging materials that they have prepared themselves and requests a purchase.
Article 1 (Delivery Method)
When you ship the purchased items to us, please ship them in a cardboard box or other method that will not damage the purchased items.
Article 2 (Evaluation)
1. We will assess the item to be purchased after actually inspecting it. The assessed price will include the value of the item, including all accessories.
2. As a general rule, we will assess your item within 2-3 business days after receiving it. However, please note that during busy periods, it may take longer to assess your item.
3. We will contact you with the results of the appraisal via the email address you provided on the purchase application form or via a method specified by our company. Please respond within two business days after we inform you of the appraisal amount.
Article 3 (Identification based on the Secondhand Goods Business Law)
1. In accordance with the provisions of the Secondhand Goods Business Law and the guidance of the police, we will verify the identity of the customer who uses this service, including the name, date of birth, and current address, and ask that you upload an image of one of the following identification documents (valid only) to our system. The following identification documents can be used:
① Driver's license (if there is a change of address, include the back side with the change written on it)
②Passport
3) Health insurance card (with symbols, numbers, and insurer number masked)
④Other items approved by our company
Article 4 (Conclusion of Sales Contract)
1. The assessed price will be the purchase price of our company. If you agree, a sales contract will be concluded, and the ownership of the product will be transferred from you to our company at the time of payment of the purchase price.
2. If you do not agree, the purchase will not be completed and the product will be returned to the address you applied for at your expense (if a partial sale is completed, we will cover the shipping costs for purchases over 5,000 yen). If you do not need the appraised product and would like to "dispose of it," you must agree to the appraisal results and then notify us of your intention to dispose of it. At that point, ownership of the product will be transferred from you to our company, and we will immediately dispose of it. However, please note that we may refuse to dispose of the product depending on the content of the sale.
3. If the customer falls under any of the following circumstances, we may cancel the sales contract in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the customer.
① If the customer violates these terms and conditions
② If it is discovered that the purchased product is a counterfeit, altered, stolen, or infringes the rights of a third party.
3) Any other case in which we deem that the relationship of trust between us and the customer has been damaged.
4. If we suspect that the product is a counterfeit (product that infringes a trademark, etc.), we may report it to the police in accordance with the Secondhand Articles Dealers Act.
Article 5 (Payment)
1. After the purchase contract is concluded, we will make payment within 3 business days to the bank account you provided in the purchase application form. In accordance with the Secondhand Goods Business Law, the bank account to which the payment is made must be in the name of the person listed on the identification document.
2. In the case of incomplete account information, violation of the Secondhand Goods Business Law, or problems with the requested financial institution, transfers may be delayed or impossible. In such cases, we will contact you, but if we are unable to correct the incomplete information or are unable to contact you for a certain period of time, we will consider the order to be "cancelled" and return the product. If it is impossible to return the product or if we are unable to contact you for a certain period of time after we have taken the product, we will retain the ownership and disposal rights of the product and will charge you for disposal costs.
Article 6 (Handling of Products)
1. Even if the product is unopened, we may open it to check its condition. Even if you return the product after that, we will not be liable for any damages caused by opening the package.
2. Please note that when returning an item, it may not be possible to restore it to its condition prior to appraisal.

Article 7 (Scope of responsibility)
If the product is damaged after we receive it but before the appraisal or return due to a cancellation, we will compensate you up to the selling price in accordance with our purchase standards only if the damage was caused by our intention or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Waiver of Ownership)
1. If we are unable to confirm your intention regarding the product delivered to our company, we will send you a confirmation document by mail with a 30-day deadline to confirm the purchase appraisal. Please note that if you do not indicate your consent or disapproval within that deadline, we will assume that you have agreed to our disposal of the product.
2. If the Company takes steps to return the product due to a failure to enter into a sales contract, but is unable to contact the customer for reasons beyond the Company's control, and the product is not returned within 30 days of being returned to the Company, the customer shall waive ownership and agree that the Company may dispose of the product at its discretion. In such a case, the customer shall not be able to raise any objections thereafter.
Article 9 (Scope of responsibility)
1. The Company shall be liable to the customer for damages only if the damages are caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence, regardless of the type of liability, such as breach of contract, tort, or any other legal cause of action.
2. The maximum amount of compensation that can be paid to a customer in relation to the use of this service shall be limited to the appraised value of the product in question based on our purchase appraisal standards.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the Customer under any of the following items:
1. Damage caused by loss, breakdown, natural deterioration, etc. of the product during shipping from the customer to our company
2. Damage caused by the product's packaging being clearly insufficient, as determined by the Company.
3. Damage caused by loss or damage to accessories (bags, receipts, boxes, etc.) that the Company determines are not directly related to the value of the product.
4. Damage caused by loss or damage to personal property of the customer that is not directly related to the use of this service and that is mixed with the products shipped by the customer
4. When using the Service, the Customer shall waive in advance all ownership rights and other rights to the accessories referred to in paragraph 3 of the preceding article.
5. The scope of the liability of the Company to you for damages in relation to your use of the Service shall be limited to ordinary damages that have been directly and actually incurred by you, and the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by special circumstances, lost profits, indirect damages, or other damages, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or possible.
6. If we determine that your actions have significantly damaged our company's business activities, social credibility, or all other corporate value, we may claim damages.
