Purchase Terms

These terms and conditions stipulate the matters that Departure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") must meet when you use the Torekajipang purchase service.

Article 1 (Conditions for using the purchase service)

Those eligible to use the purchase service are limited to those who meet all of the following conditions.

  • Those who agree to these terms and conditions and have registered as members on this site and entered their address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, occupation, and other required information.
  • Those who have uploaded the "identification documents" set forth in Article 6 of these Terms of Use and have agreed to our recording the numbers of those "identification documents" (such as driver's license numbers) *Identification documents that do not include your current address are not valid for purchase.

Article 2 (Age Restrictions)

Those under the age of 18 and high school students are not permitted to use the purchase service.

Article 4 (Assessment)

  • We will evaluate the items to be purchased according to the purchase evaluation criteria established by our company.
  • Please note that as a result of the appraisal, the purchase price may be reduced from that offered in store, or we may not be able to purchase the item at all.

Article 5 (Delivery of products to be purchased)

  1. Applications for purchase services will only be accepted online.
  2. We will cover the shipping costs incurred when you send the purchased items to us.
  3. To prevent items being distorted, bent, or damaged during shipping, please pack the items securely, for example by sandwiching the trading cards between thick paper or cardboard.
    We are not responsible for any accidents that occur during delivery.
  4. Even if an item is eligible for purchase, if the appraisal result does not determine a purchase price, or if you are not satisfied with the appraisal result, the item will be handled in accordance with the "Handling of items if you are not satisfied with the appraisal result" option you selected when applying for purchase.

Article 6 (Conclusion of Purchase Agreement)

Once you have shipped the item to us and we have assessed it, we will send you an email to notify you that the assessment is complete.
If you agree, please say "Agree", if not, please say "Cancel".

Even if a product is eligible for purchase, if the appraisal result indicates that the purchase price is not available, the product will generally be discarded.

Article 7 (Identification based on the Secondhand Goods Business Law)

  1. When making a purchase, we will verify that the person applying for purchase is the person in question (hereinafter referred to as "identity verification"), in accordance with the Secondhand Articles Dealers Act.
  2. When conducting identity verification under paragraph 1, you will be required to upload identity verification documents designated by our company.
  3. The address on your identity document must match the address on your membership registration information.

*1 "Identification document" refers to an image of a document that contains your name, date of birth, and current address and is valid.

Article 8 (Payment)

Once the assessment is complete, payment will be made via bank transfer to your account.

Article 9 (Cancellation)

Once you have accepted our purchase price, we will not accept any returns or cancellations of the product.
